Terms and Conditions of the offer
1) The deposit is non refundable.
2) The deposit will be forfeited if one of the following situations arise:
2a) Deposit has been paid, but information requested to start to work on the
website like logo, pictures etc, has not been provided to Studio Italia
within 3 months of paying the deposit.
2b) Deposit has been paid and Studio Italia have sent you a link to check the completed work done so far,
however you did not come back within 1 month with your comments/changes/amendments.
3) Two months before the end of the two years of hosting, we will contact you to ask if you would like do a new website at the same price of £249.00 or, if you want to keep the same website and pay either £5.00 per month by standing order or pay the full year in advance at £60.00. If we don not receive any answer, we will switch off the site at the end of the 2 year period.
4) Once our work is completed, you will be liable for the final payment, even if you have decide not to upload the website (“go live”).
5) We can not be held responsible for typing mistakes or errors in the text and contact details. It is your responsibility before putting the website live, to check that there are not such errors or mistakes
6) Before putting the site live, we will require payment of the balance due.
